 POLYURETHANE STRIP INSTALLATION
 

 
 Polyurethane wall trim can be cut with an electric or manual miter saw. A precise miter saw is particularly useful to avoid gaps at the corners of the resulting frame due to misalignment and to avoid the need for putty.
 

 
 After cutting the polyurethane wall strips, lay them on the floor, glue them together at the corners with quick-drying adhesive (dark super glue with activator) to form a frame, then apply adhesive sealant (polyurethane sealant or MS sealant) to the back and attach them to the wall at the marked points using tape or similar tools. This will make mounting easier. (Some products on the market cannot be glued with super glue; they will melt.)
 

 
 You can fill the gaps where the polyurethane wall strips you mount on the wall meet the wall with mastic (acrylic).
 

 
 Polyurethane wall moldings can be painted with all types of paint, including solvent-based paints.
